Pierce H. White
Dr. White grew up in Dyersburg and has been fortunate to be able to locate here near his family and friends. He has a wife Amy, four daughters, Finley, Claire, Caroline and Ellen, and a son, Jack.
Dr. White received his undergraduate and Veterinary degrees at the University of Tennessee at Knoxville, finishing in 1986. He practiced in a small town in Indiana and then a large 7 doctor practice in Las Vegas. Dr. White returned to Dyersburg to open Animal Care Hospital in 1989.
Allison G. Emrich
Dr. Emrich grew up in Kenton, TN. Upon graduation from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville, Dr. Emrich chose to return to the West Tennessee area to be close to her family. She has 2 feline ‘roommates’, Yerdle and Booger, and enjoys all aspects of veterinary medicine.
Dr. Emrich received a Bachelors degree in biology from the University of Tennessee at Martin, a Masters degree in biology from the University of Memphis, and a degree in Veterinary medicine from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville. She joined the staff of Animal Care Hospital in June of 1998.
Jon Martin
Dr. Jon Martin is a native of Memphis, Tennessee. Dr. Martin graduated from Christian Brothers University with a Bachelors degree in Biology and holds a Masters degree in Molecular Biology and Immunology from Memphis State University. He achieved his doctorate from the University of Tennessee College of Veterinary Medicine.
Dr. Martin joined our staff in January 2007. Jon and his wife, Nicole, moved to Newbern in 2000 after his graduation from vet school. Nicole is a pharmacist practicing in this area. They share their home with their son, Quincy and two Australian Shepherds: Melanie and Dixie.
Our Office Manager
Emily is our Office Manager. She handles all financial aspects and personnel matters within our hospital.

Mary Beth, Madison, Destiny, Breaqulyn and Mandy are the receptionist who are here to welcome you and help you with anything you or your pet may need.
Our Technicians
Alex, Daina, Glenda, Jenny, and Keilah are our Technicians. They are here to assist the doctors with our patients.
Taking care of our guests
Taylor, Pam, and Laura take care of our guests and are here to make them comfortable and to make sure they have everything they may need during their stay with us.
Pet product specialists
Taylor and Brittany are the pet product specialists. They are here to assist you with your pet care needs. Any questions you may have about boarding, grooming or supplies they are available to answer.
